Here at Flinnco Property management we don’t have a one fits all approach to property management. We tailor our services to you and what you need as our client. We find this important as every tenant, client and property is different, so having a basic approach does not work in this industry, as you’re not just another number to us. Were open for a call, email etc 24 hours a day 7 days a week to answer your questions and concerns. We do however have special services that are included with our service but clients have the ability to tailor and opt into extra services that they find may also benefit their property and their needs. We also deal with all concerns regarding tenants including concerns with non payment of rent, issues with other tenants, cleanliness etc. We handle everything following RTA and LTB rules and regulations.

Property management

Our property Mangement service is tailored to you and your tenants needs but all clients benefit from everything included in our general package. This includes, yearly fire safety and general inspection for residental and every quarterly for students. We also do filter changes etc.
