Both our property Management and Leasing have a different approach to student rentals. Our leasing process for students allows us to accept guarantors and to do thorough checks on them to make sure your property is secure. Our management is tailored towards student rentals in the way that we are more hands on than regular residential. We make sure we are at your property every 4 months checking items such a s garbage collection and removal, cleanliness, maintenance concerns, changing filters, following up with tenants, checking and maintaining fire safety equipment , checking bathroom vent fans, you name it, we've checked it.

Looking for new tenants? We've got you covered. Whether you choose to join or stay with us for management or not we are still available to simply only help with your leasing and tenant placement needs . Our comprehensive and rigorous search and checks for tenants allows us to help clients have good relationships with A+ tenants , preventing property damage and loss of income. Within our trensnt plscement process we start with s personal call to you to get to know your needs and wants with placement. We understand the tenants you're looking for, the rent you prefer to receive and we will even visit the property and do our own comps for you. We also offer project management if needed to get the rental ready for rent, such as cleaning, junk removal, repairs and much more. From there we start to market the property. We will go to the property to get pictures and do our complimentary 36o virtual tour. Once the property is marketed we will conduct the whole process from start to finish from marketing to showing the property , to looking at and processing applications to lease writing we have it all. We also conduct thorough checks on potential tenants to make sure we place the right people for you.
Need help finding tenants? We provide full tenant placement services for residential and student rentals. From start to finish we have you covered, we will have the property ready for rent and will immediately begin our marketing process using our 360 camera to advertise your property. We offer both virtual and face to face showings and conduct these showings round the clock to ensure your property is rented asap, avoiding loss of rental income.

Our property Mangement service is tailored to you and your tenants needs but all clients benefit from everything included in our general package. This includes, yearly fire safety and general inspection for residental and every quarterly for students. We also do filter changes etc. We also handle all rent collection and maintenance requests through our comprehensive portal as well as allowing tenants to download rent receipts and clients to download their tax receipts and statements and much more! Furthermore, both tenants and clients have access to the 24 hour line which handles both during and after hours calls should we not be able to answer.
